This illustration was based on a DSG prompt from the old conceptart.org site. I took my inspiration from the Crazy 88 scene from the “Kill Bill” movie. I wanted something simple like that silhouette scene. I pulled off the effect quite nicely, though I’m still on the fence if I like the overall illustration. Maybe I can refine this some more… but for now, it absolutely works as a speed paint.
