I didn’t have very many paintings done with Art Rage. Art Rage was the software that got me back into digital painting. Shortly after I started using Photoshop, the first software I used with digital painting. I don’t know what the status of Art Rage is currently. I am sure it’s a hefty program now compare to before. As I mentioned in an earlier post, when I used Art Rage, I didn’t know the importance of using big brushes. I thought I had to work with the default size settings. The picture above is an example of my naivety. The image could have been ten times better if the texture effect of the small brushes wasn’t so apparent. Alas, I did eventually learn, and my images slowly matured. I wonder what I can do with the program now.
